Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• To be eligible, products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn or tried on without protective undergarments cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for different sizes or styles, depending on stock availability.
• If the desired item is not available, a store credit or refund will be issued.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost.
